Shipping

All our items are shipped directly from Swaggies HQ on the GoldCoast, Australia. Items are shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. All items are sent via the most economical courier service available and once an order is fulfilled you will receive an email from Swaggies with your tracking details.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout automatically from our courier company. *Shipping cost varies depending on weight of purchase.

International Shipping

Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for International orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. 

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery. 

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier. 

Pre-Orders

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not in yet in stock. We often open pre-orders for popular items that sell out quickly. This also guarantees an immediate dispatch when the product arrives in stock.

Pre-orders that include other items in stock will not be shipped until the pre-order item is available. All items will be sent as one delivery to economise on shipping charges. You can elect to have them shipped separately upon request and is subject to additional shipping charges. 

Refunds & Returns Policy

Refunds

It is really important to us that you love your purchase however in the unlikely event that the item is damaged or faulty we will offer you an exchange, store credit or a refund.

If you simply change your mind on an item you have purchased we are happy to work with you for a positive outcome. We will happily exchange or provide a store credit as long as our conditions of returns are met.

We will only issue refunds for change of mind on pre-orders or orders that have not been shipped. We will refund you the purchase amount minus any merchant fees we may have incurred as a result of the sale (if any).

Please note we do not refund the shipping cost.

Returns

CONDITIONS OF RETURN: 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Any items returned after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted unless prior notice or terms have been agreed upon.
  • Items must not have been worn/used, damaged or altered from their original condition in any way. (all original tags must be attached).
  • We understand that sometimes it is difficult to keep original wrapping intact, however all items must be sent back with protective wrapping to avoid damage in transit.
  • This only applies to FULL PRICED items. 

If upon inspection the returned item is found not to have met any one of these conditions, we may choose not to issue a refund, exchange or store credit.

Sale items CANNOT be sent back for refund or exchange, all purchases are final!

 Warranty

The daycare world is probably one of the toughest environments for a product to withstand, we try to prepare our Swaggies as best we can for this however if you find a fault occur in your Swaggie within 3 months of use then please get in touch (this excludes factory seconds purchased which are non-refundable). You can return your Swaggies at your cost for assessment. It will then either be repaired or replaced depending on the issue.
